  Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of Bakersfield Heart Hospital several times recently for treatment. They are outstanding! I feel like I received the best care possible. The staff is great and the food is pretty good! Very satisfied with the service I have received.

  The staff were nice. Some seemed a little cold when speaking, but that’s just their personality because they still seemed to care about my health. The issue I had was the emergency room itself. It looked run down. It was small and no rooms available. People were in beds in the hallway. It was strange that there was barely any people in the waiting room but the wait was so long. Also they had me waiting 5 hours in the hallway and waiting room. I understand that ERs get busy, but sitting in those chairs for so long becomes torturous.

  I was treated by a staff that truly cared about my well being. Professional , caring, and completely Thorough in determining my health issue. Friendly staff with multiple years of experience. The attending physician was clear in his evaluation if the medical test/data and answered all my questions. Great staff ; thank you Tim Acosta

  Staff was prompt, attentive, caring, and friendly. They took time to explain what could, might, and should happen. Compassionate is a great way to describe the staff. I am a medical coward and they helped me feel comfortable every step of the way.

  Friendly Check in staff and efficient. The registration was quick and easy. I went in for a minor surgery and the nurse who got me ready with the paperwork and making sure my med list was current was really rude. She didn't listen to me and i had to correct her on the things I take quite a few times. She went so far as to say that my dosage of a medication wasn't on the list I provided when it was she just needed to read the paper. But the rest of the staff was super sweet. The procedure was quick and the staff in the OR was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Overall, this is a great hospital to go to.
