  I give them a 3 1/2 star rating. These buildings are originally the Roberto Clemente Plaza. The man they were named after is a legendary baseball player from Puerto Rico. He played in the National League for the Pittsburgh Pirates and had to deal with racism due to the color of his skin but was born in Puerto Rico. That made him an American citizen since he was born. He was best know for his humanitarian work to help others in need. They have security on staff but their not the best when it comes to doing their job. The building (5 total) are about 50% Hasidic Jews. Management trys to maintain the building in good order but like any large complex, you have those who just can't actually act right.
