  This housing units are not the best but also not the worst. These were first know as the Roberto Clemente Plaza. They have their own private security units/guards. Most of the working staff is hard working but like any group of workers, you do have your lazy people as well. They have an underground and a outdoor garage. The best thing about this place is, light and gas is included. This complex have a mixture of Spanish/Latinos, Hasidic Jews, African-American and a few small group of different nationalities.
