  By the standard of my experiences at several dealers selling new and used they were the best at treatment of the customer. All dealers here are too proud of their cars and price based on a lack of competition. One sales manager was a smart aleck, it blew up in his face.

  They are always prompt and timely. They had to remove a block heater that tried to burn my truck up. They told me they had installed one that was to powerful for use in Anchorage, and that's why it malfunctioned. Only thing I would say is they should have notified me when they found out this was a problem; because apparently I'm not the first.

  This is taking way too long. It has been a nightmare getting my new radio installed appropriately. This is my second visit after the installation and they are trying to "figure out" how to install the apps that are missing. They did my 6 month maintenance check and it is now 2.5 hours!

  Yeah, so far not impressed with their Service Center, used to be good. The people I liked dealing with are no longer there, so overall, now I do not even wanna take my vehicle there.. lol, thats pretty sad...
