  We were looking for a truck to pull a large trailer and kept hitting bumps along the road with others. We went to Frontier to look at trucks and discuss. We found one we liked with a flatbed. Both Kenny and Ciara took their time and were not pushy or aggressive like others can be. We took a few tests drives but ultimately had to wait a few days to make a decision. Throughout this process both Kenny and Ciara texted me with information. They even texted me well into the evening hours to let me know updates about the vehicle we were interested in. They also made sure to make the store a welcoming environment and very hospitable. Lastly, on the day we got the truck, we sat down with Thomas who was taking care of the paperwork and everything else. He was patient with us and easy to talk and discuss with. We took care of everything right there. We'd just like to thank Kenny, Ciara, and Thomas for being excellent, high quality people with even higher quality service. We will be doing business with them again, and referring them to others.

  This was the most awful experience. These guys lol. We found a truck we were super interested in on Craigslist, and even though we were in Fairbanks, we decided to call and find out more. The salesman assured us that the truck was sound, had a ton of extras, which it did, and all worked perfectly. We asked all the right questions, and several times at that, because it is a long trip. The whole time he said it was wonderful, everything worked and it was very sound. So, we decided to go and get financing at our bank. As we sat there, Baun called and told us that someone was test driving the truck, that he thought he should be honest. This was AFTER he got our social security numbers, AFTER we talked to them and agreed on a price. AFTER the supposed deal was made. I think he was full of it, just trying to worry us into a more locked down sale. So anyway, they backtracked after my Husband had a few choice words with them, and the financing was given. The next day we were on the road for 6 hours, previously telling them when we would get there. The truck was moved and had been running a long time. My Husband asked where it had been parked, and as soon as Baun pointed to where it was he ran in to talk to the boss. The truck has SO many issues. Nothing worked well, the tires were awful, the electronics didn't work, there was a huge oil leak and an axle leak. The boss took off to an auction and refused to budge on the price. Baun totally lied, truly thought i think that making the trip there would mean we wouldn't leave without the truck. Well we did. And as we were leaving, this girl salesperson came out and asked if we wanted to know about another truck, i said no...by the way this was going to be MY truck, not my Husband's....she completely ignored and talked over me and turned to my Husband to keep talking about the other truck. After she was finished i had a few choice words to give to HER, and she let it go. Never do business with these people. Though some of their vehicles may be sound, they are ONLY all about the sale. The boss ended up calling us on our way out of town and told my Husband that he tries to instruct his people to not try to make a sale to people out of town because this kind of thing happens. What does that say about the vehicles they have and the swindlers they employ? Please just go to a reputable dealer. This isn't it.

  A few weeks ago, my husband and I went in to discuss a car and trade in options. We didn't take an offer at that time because we wanted to think it over more. I went back in 2 days later, and was ignored, then given a brush off, and eventually a promise of a call later that day. I got ONE call asking how to spell our name or something basic like that, and another promise for a call with a good deal for us. Several weeks later, I'm still waiting on that call. Needless to say, I'm no longer interested in conducting business here. I would not recommend, either. Arnold (I think was his name...) is a typical, disinterested, fast talking car salesman your parents warn you to avoid. Lesson learned.
