  If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience. First of all, Kameka gives me an appointment for 10:00AM. At 9:50AM while I was there already waiting for her she texted me saying she was going to be 30mins late b/c she had to go to the bank. I said ok. No apologies so far. 10:37 I texted her if she was almost there she tells me she will be there in 10 more mins. I said ok. She didn't arrive till 11:00AM. When I got inside, she didn't apologize for anything. That should of been my other sign to leave (1st sign being her name). I can't deal with ghetto people. Mind you I am black so I am not racist! I still didn't say anything. Then, I was trying to explain to her that I wanted a natural look but at the same time didn't want to leave any of my hair out. I had bought a lace closure. She said we didn't need that b/c she had a different way of doing that. She showed pictures of how it would like and it looked nice. Then I told her before she sowed the extensions to put a weave cap on that I had bought. She started sowing and didn't put it on. That should of been my other 3rd sign to tell her to stop. She didn't listen to anything I wanted. The whole time she was doing my hair she was talking really loud on the phone and with her other beautician. After she finished it was horrible!!! My hair looked like a wig!!!!! You could see that this isn't my hair. You can see where she sowed the middle. I told her it was ugly. I told her I didn't like it. I told her its obviously fake cause you didn't see any scalp. She said it will grow on me and when other people started complementing me then I would like it. I told her I didn't like it. She insisted. So I paid her and even tipped her. ( I don't know why I did). I guess I felt bad since she spend 2hrs on my hair which is another mistake I made. She said to come back in 2weeks if I still didn't like it. I got home and everyone said it was horrible! I paid so much on the hair ( I got malaysian hair from glitzzy, 100% remy) but got a crappy. I might as well had but synthetic beauty supply hair. I texted her that night and told her I hated it and if she can fix it. She said I could come tomorrow but we would have to do it all over again. Then I asked if she would do it free of charge since I wasn't satisfied. She said she would have to charge me AGAIN b/c that is what I asked for. I was shocked!!!!! I guess I'm always used to good customer service and therefore expected better. BUT it is all MY fault. Cause I went the cheap way instead of going to a professional that cost a lot. If I paid this much for the hair I should of paid even more for the service and I would of gotten an exceptional hair. DO NOT GO to Kameka!!! I was referred to her by a friend! I am going to curse my friend out! lol
