    Great selection Just My Style if you want something super high end or high fashion go to Brooks Brothers but if you want a suit to wear to work and on certain occasions is the best place for you they have ever everything down to shoes and socks great place can't say enough good things about it!!

    ***I need to warn anyone who might be considering doing business at this location*** I will start by saying that I have been a long time customer of Jos. A Bank. I really do like their cloths. I used to shop at the location on Franklin St before it shut down. They had my trust which is why I didn't read the reviews of this location prior to committing to them to handle the tux rentals for my wedding. Anyways, here is the drama if you care to read.... I went with my best man to the Natick location to set up the rentals which was a very pleasant experience. I paid upfront for my rental as I had no plans of going elsewhere. fast-forward about six months and it is time to get fitted (a little over a month before wedding day). When I arrived at the store, State St, Boston, MA, I spoke with an employee, Merwin. He spent the first approx. 10 minutes telling me that I hadn't paid for my rental yet. After some banter he finally took it upon himself to look into the computer, and much to his surprise he saw that I had already satisfied my balance. He followed up with "that's weird... that's not how we handle things around here". I chalked it up to thinking that he probably was having a bad day and forgot about it. Fast-forward to yesterday I received a call from one of my groomsman who advised that I should call and make sure everything was in order as he had some issues with his tux. I called the location where I got fitted to confirm that my Thursday pickup date was still all set. Lucky me, the same employee, Merwin, picked up the phone. Before I gave him my information he blurts out "NOPE NOT HERE". I calmly explained that I just wanted to confirm that my pickup date was still Thursday. He replied with "If it's not here Thursday it will be here Friday". I then explained that I am leaving out of state for my wedding Thursday and that I would not be able to pick up the tux on Friday. He responded with "well then there is nothing we can do for you". I was taken aback by his abrasiveness and told him that I was going to have to file a formal complaint, which I did. He responded with "Do what you have to do, I have 3 customers in front of me and don't have time to be on the phone". Unfortunately I had to leave it at that. I called corporate and complained and they reassured me that the tux had shipped out and should be at my pickup location no later than Thursday. Today is Wednesday and I am just hoping that everything works out. Not a big deal if not, I have way bigger things to worry about... you know, like getting married. But honestly, this individual created more stress when their job is literally to "satisfy and delight" their customers. I will never shop at this location again, and will advise anyone looking for any type of service to steer clear. BUYER BEWARE

    Ordered suits for a wedding party. Unfortunately throughout the one month process, there was never any proactive communication from the store to us, and we were never notified of items arriving into the store until we called in to check. They also did not ship out the groomsmen suit to their respective stores when promised, and we only found out a week later that they were still sitting in the store basement. Finally, they were never able to get the suit pants in the appropriate size despite a month of waiting. That last point the store may not ultimately have control over, and I can understand it. Nonetheless, the entire process was unnecessarily stressful due to the unresponsiveness of the staff working here.
