  I love the product, and the service I had here was wonderful. Denise was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful above and beyond any normal standard. She was happy to answer all of my questions and even took the time to give me some tips completely unprompted. If you're looking for AE shoes in Boston, this is the location to visit.

  I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. James and Veronica greet me by name, remember what I have purchased and the styles I like. They always go the extra mile to make sure I am pleased with what I purchased before and after the sale. When I have quality problems (although very few) they never challenge the issue or make excuses. They provide the right solution quickly. You don't get this from the big retailers. I come back because they make it hard not too.
