  I just got the best hot stone massage that I've EVER had by Christine at Jon Ric! She also offered me a $20 off treatment card to use for my next one....talk about great customer service!

  Staff was 35 minutes late for my massage. Staff was also very unprofessional. The bathrooms looked like they haven’t been clean for months. Will never go back.

  I came in for a full set and pedicure to celebrate my birthday and left highly dissatisfied. My nail tech was very polite and upbeat, however I wasn't satisfied with the work she did today. My fingers were chopped in the process, the nail design was botched, lengths are uneven and two nails were bulky, and I had to settle for a color I didn't want to cover up the original design (which couldn't be wiped off because they were done in acrylic). I originally came in for clear acrylic nails with an ombre design, nail tech informed me they didn't have the color acrylic to do the design so I chose a very simple design, a translucent white color with glitter on the ring fingers. When the nail tech started she used colored acrylics, the colors were bolder than I anticipated- she was applying a baby boomer manicure. I didn't want a baby boomer manicure. During the process my fingers were chopped with the emory board and dremel which is to be expected from time to time but she drew blood from 3 of my fingers. We agreed upon encapsulating the glitter, however I wasn't informed encapsulating glitter would make my nails bulky. Nails had to be repeatedly filed down and it ended up making nails uneven and they still are kind of bulky. The baby boomer design didn't come out well at all, it was mentioned the brand wasn't a brand she was used to so it affected the application. The entire process took 4 hours. I came in at 1:30pm and left at 5:30 pm. I settled on a pink color I didn't like to cover the original manicure and ended up paying for a regular manicure vs a full set even though I came out with something I wouldn't have paid for. Acrylic was also left around the finger with some going over my cuticle line. The pedicure was good 4/5. Full set is 1/5. For a luxury spa I'm disappointed, this full set wasn't worth the $50 they usually charge. I was expecting better color selection, seasoned nail techs, and near perfect execution.   Went expecting quality service based on the reviews and prices. Chopped nails, ugly colors, took 4 hours to do mani and pedi. Never again

  Beautiful, comfortable location with fantastic staff and excellent service. Went in for a wash and style for a formal banquet and the stylist was absolutely wonderful. I received compliments all evening!
