  First let me say I've been a customer here for about a year. What I get done to my nails and toes is generally simple/professional (no crazy designs or gems).I have also NEVER witnessed any type of new tools being used or sanitized. I either go to coco or lee whom by the way both have the worst attitudes ever. Not type of customer service skills at all but they do good nails so I put my headphones in or tune them out. I gave 2 stars because I really dislike the way all the workers talk about paying customers and raise their voices to the point of yelling at ppl and I've even seen lee tell a woman to get out because she informed him of an error on one of her nails... soon as I find a better salon convenient to me I will not step foot in this place again.

  Lee Lee does my nails and she's awesome. So if you go, go to Lee Lee or CoCo.

  Co Co is my nail tech and her work is extraordinary! I've been going to her for over 5 years. If you Love the bling and fun designs, she's your girl!

  This place honestly was good when I first started going especially for the price, but once I became a usual customer the quality of my service changed. I've never had a problem with my nails, but the one time I did and came back to get them fixed the individual who did my nails wasn't there so I asked the so called "manager" to fix them. Basically he said if he did I would have to pay more, because he didn't do my nails originally, my question was why can't he fix it and get the money from his employee that caused me to have to return. He had a horrid attitude and refused to help me at all with the situation, I will be returning to collect a FULL refund for the horrid job she did on my nails, but after that I will not. Their customer service is horrible and there are many other salons on the street I say try those first, because this is RIDICULOUS. The picture is how bad of a job they did it's only 24 hours after I got them done, they were already lifting.

  Outstanding prices for the services offered. I love it! The quality of service is soooo good! The techs are quick, they take instructions well, friendly, Creative, attentive to details. Its not a posh location, very basic. The issue is that the air ventilation is poor, bring simple mask to help.
