::Where should i start, My visa was compromised so i called and shut it down this is on August 22, 2022. They told me another will come in 2 weeks how about it took 3 weeks and a half. So in the time waiting i called back asked could they ship a card over night they said yes it will be there friday night August 26 it never came until September 7 and when it finally came guess what the card didn’t work again. And i can’t make it to the credit union because i get off @ 5. I have bills to pay and they don’t care. They have the worst customer service i experienced in my life. Will be closing my account and going with Navy fed. i would have gave it no stars if could. Yall need a NEGATIVE ⭐️

::If you are able to join this credit union then you should! I've had nothing but good experiences. I recently refinanced my car loan and the JHFCU saved me 5% on my rate! You can't beat that. Also, my loan associate was very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Holly wrapped up my paperwork in less than a week. I am very happy with the credit union. I had my daughter join. She cannot appreciate the benefit being in college, but she will when it's time to buy a house, a car, or another major purchase.

::Did not like the cold response from JHFCU loan department. They sent a rejection email because I was not worthy. At a time that I was down, not even a penny was offered to help. On top of that, they lowered your credit score. Talk about kicking some one to the curb. This is supposed to be member-owned. Would never approach them for loans ever again.
