  My family and I returned after not coming in because of horrible service on two separate occasions after that I had written them off. Months later, we were all hungry and came in from a lack of choices. However, upon returning "John" made our visit so much better. He apologized and made sure we were taken care of and assured us that would not happen again. We look forward to coming back many more times!

  This Jimmy John's is one reason the "freaky fast" slogan holds true. A relatively busy location during lunch in downtown Tucson. Staff is super friendly and for a regular like me they know my name and, being a creature of habit, they know my order. I always feel welcome at this location. Dare I say even a sense of community.

  They make your food fast and how you ask for it to be made. Clean restraint friendly staff.
