  I'll give 2 starts just because the food is normally good. But the EXPERIENCE was awful. Group of coworkers going to lunch. We ordered ahead of time ONLINE so our food would be ready when we got there. We arrive. Half the party's online orders are missing. They had my order in their system and it still took them 30min AFTER I checked in and two reminders to get my food. Now we're out of time and all head back to the office to eat at our desks. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad with extra dressing. It took 30min to get my food and somehow my salad had NO DRESSING and two bite size pieces of BBQ chicken (no exaggeration). Their only saving grace today was that the manager was very apologetic and nice about the refund I called in for.

  Don’t go here during Gem Show! Food sits out while they make big Togo orders....I got food poisoning because of it.

  Overpriced for quality of subs, but their brownies are amazingly tasty! Service is also great, but again their subs range about $10 each and their so close to being Subway quality taste.
