::One of the BEST tuna sandwiches I've had, the cucumbers were so refreshing! Customer service was awesome!!! One of the owners gave us a complete introduction to the menu, it being our first time to a JJ.. Amazing sandwiches and family style welcoming!!

::Ordered one sandwich and I live only a mile away. Called them FORTY MINUTES after I ordered only to be passed around on the phone by three different people who didn’t have a clue how to handle the situation....then they tell me it’s on the way and they only have a one driver - no apology, did not let me know at the beginning of order it would take awhile. Told them to forget it and I’m getting food elsewhere. Just make sure before you order, they can actually do their job.

::Ordered a sandwich for delivery and the first time I ordered they were great a little late but great. This time they were very late and then I called and they told me oh I'm sorry we have a driver out today that called in. They said you're next and it will be the next 15 min. 10 min later I get a phone call and there was a lady in the background telling her employee that called me and put me on hold due to the lady basically yelling about not having a driver and that my location is out of their range, so finally the employee came back on the phone and said oh ma'am the driver is coming but this will be the last time we deliver since you're out of our range of delivery. I told him cancel me order since my lunch was basically over.
