  Don’t even bother calling. You will be on hold for 10 minutes. Likely the call will “drop.” If the call actually goes through on one of your attempts, then they will hang up right after answering or simply pick up the phone and set it down. All of those things happened to me. The app is not bad, however.

  Worst dominoes ever. The workers don’t like delivering at my area because they “will get robbed or shot”. I live 5 min from them. Seriously? This time I ordered a free pizza from the app and for just 1 pizza I waited more then 1 hour. Why? Because the driver could not find my adress so they canceled my order. They didn’t even bother to call me that they canceled my order. They just let me wait over an hour. So when I called I assume the manager answered and he didn’t sound apologetic nor offered to make it up to us. So I reordered my original order and said it would be another hour and then I asked if we could have an extra free pizza for having to wait 2 hours for pizza. Literally the worst service ever in all my years ordering from dominoes. Very disappointed. Don’t order from here.

  Ordered a pepperoni & pineapple pizza with garlic knots. Some slices had a couple pineapples where others were covered in it. Also ordered the pizza well done and seen on the box that a worker wrote “well done”. It wasn’t well done at all. Pizza looked and tasted like it was barely cooked. At least the garlic knots were good
