  The cashier recommended switching me to a sandwich that already included all that I wanted to originally add to a different one, being more cost effective plus the fact that by the time I was done paying, my sandwich was already in my hands!! Freaky fast and awesome customer service throughout the whole store!

  Definitely freaky fast. Didn't think one restaurant could get a sandwich out so fast. Worked at the Northfield and Stapleton locations and I think they got us beat by a long shot. Best in the state hands down. Cheers!

  They always provide great service and it is a delight to walk into an establishment where the employees are smiling. When we don't want to go in, we call and have them deliver, pretty regularly I might add, and service is always speedy.

  Great service! My special order sandwich was made correct and ready for me by the time I finished swiping my card to pay.

  To be fair I've ordered from/eaten at this Jimmy Johns a lot of times in the past and they have been the fastest and friendliest Jimmy Johns I've ever dealt with and have never had a problem with my orders. I actually like the food at subway better and the prices are better but this place is often near where I'm going and so is convenient and very fast and friendly. Today I went in and ordered the sandwich I usually get and a drink. The guy repeated back the sandwich ordered and I said again, "and a drink" and then handed him my card and re-stated that I wanted a drink a third time. He ran my card and I asked for the cup and he said "oh did you want a drink". I told him I had asked for one three times and he said he could re-ring it up. I said not to and got my sandwich which was already completed and waiting for me at the end of the counter and walked out. I know he could hear because he got the sandwich right so he was obviously not attentive to customer, and that isn't acceptable for the person taking the orders. Good thing I like subway food and prices better because I'll be going there from now on.
