  One of the worst domino's I've even found myself living near. The employees are there for only a paycheck. They work behind bulletproof glass. And at least 50% of my pizzas have been absolute terribly prepared. I only continue to go back because I won't pay until I verify my pizza is satisfactory.

  I've been here a number of times for carry out (no idea why they don't deliver the 1.2 miles to my house, it goes to the Montbello location which isn't good) and they do a great job. There's a cool window to see how the pizzas are made, the kids like it. Manager treated me right with a small issue, I can't complain.

  ****Changing my stars from 4 to a 1 but it should be a -5 **** **** Do not order from this place unless you're adventurous and have a back up plan**** You may get your food, you may not. If you do, bet you'll have to wait longer than an hour or have to direct a driver who doesn't know how to use a GPS. If it's a weekend, I'll bet money you don't get it at all, the tracker will show it out for delivery for hours. Do not even try to call the store, I guarantee if they do answer, you will be hung up on. I sure hope you didn't order online with a card because you wont see that money back for a couple weeks. Hey, don't worry though. You'll get an email from Nicole P that directs you to call the store because she put credit in your name for 2 medium pizzas and a 2 liter to make up for it. :) Aww right? Jokes on you, she totally didn't. Thanks again, lost my business, gained my very LOUD voice.

  The pie was perfect. But once again they screwed up the salads. One was almost correct; Caesar Salad but no Caesar Salad Dressing (first bad mark), the other was not; Chicken Apple Pecan Salad was ordered, Garden Salad received (second bad mark.) When I call the store to get this fixed I am told (after being on hold for several minutes) that the manager is too busy to talk to me. Excuse me? Since when is a manager worth his salt too busy to deal with customers? Third bad mark. I was asked if I would like to call back at a later time. I said no, have the manager call me "at his earliest convenience." I do believe the sarcasm was lost on the person I was speaking with. I run a short errand and still no call (fourth bad mark.) So I drive to the store (fifth bad mark.) Upon arrival I eventually speak with who I assume is the manager I asked to speak with, and am informed that the Chicken Apple Pecan Salad is out of stock and that is why I was sent a Garden Salad instead (sixth bad mark.) Why did I have to go there to get this information? Something is very wrong when you have to drive to get your delivery order.

  Placed order at 7:12pm with estimated 33-43 minute wait time, online tracker says order was checked at 7:25pm. Did not get notification of driver being on the way for delivery until 8:06pm. receive order at 8:23pm - but missing one of four items. Driver assures he'll come back with missing item. Call location to report missing item, wait on hold for 13 minutes. Manager listens to timeline of events and tells me item will be sent to me as soon as driver returns. I ordered from this Domino's because previous to tonight, I have gotten my orders from this location with the 33-43 minutes the online tracker estimates. This was my sole reason to order from Domino's over my local Pizza Hut, which also has a late delivery issue. This is probably going to be my last time ordering from Domino's.
