  they took an hour to deliver me another sandwich because they messed up the first one, asked for the other sandwich that i didnt want but had already eatin because it took them so long and refused to give me a refund. the manager who made the sandwich in the first place should have done his job to begin with and has terrible customer service, he needs to be fired and i will never buy a Jimmy Johns sandwich again since they dont know how to treat customers!

  This review is to put aside the quality of food that you get for your money (which is so so). I ordered a sandwich online which was delivered in a timely manner. The sandwich was not what I asked for so I did call to let the manager know and see how we could fix it! Within 10 min. I had the correct order delivered with no problems at all! The customer service they provided was outstanding! Kudos to you!
