  WORST COMPANY U COULD EAT AT IN SACRAMENTO AND THIS IS COMING FROM A FORMER EMPLOYEE..!! DO NOT EAT HERE. SUBWAY IS CHEAPER AND THEY HAVE MORE OPTIONS INCLUDING A OPTION TO HEAT UP YOUR SANDWICH UNLIKE JIMMY WHERE U CANT HAVE A HOT SANDWICH AND THEY CHARGE ALMOST $9 FOR A SANDWICH AND DRINK ON TOP OF THAT EMPLOYEES ARE EITHER UNDER THE INFLUENCE WHILE WORKING OR ABOUT TO BE NO JOKE!! AS WELL AS A BLAND ASS SANDWICH AND A FAKE ASS SMILE FROM THE OWNER WHO WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS WITHIN 2 YEARS YEAH JIMMY JOHNS SHITTY BLAND SANDWICH SOUNDS GREAT

  I order for the first time today 1/8/18 ...and I am sad to say I was very dissatisfied once I got my order. When I placed order over the phone w/Brianna I told her everything I wanted just for it to be delivered wrong and also not informed about for a pickle I did not know about. I got my order with heavy lettuce & barley any meat...I asked for mustard and mayo and only got mayo...when I ask for pickle she stated we put it on the side, but what they really do is charge you a $1.75 for a whole pickle and not tell you...all around there service was not up to par. First & last time eating there...they really deserve no star

  parking is hard but the great news is when they are fully staffed they can make your sub in a minute and have you out the door in 2 minutes. that was my latest 'to go' experience. the ingredients are always fresh and the bread is amazing. the menu is much less complicated than a beach hut deli sub (which is another favorite of mine) and the subs are not too thick or sloppy. one sub is a perfect whole meal. dont forget to ask for hot peppers!
