  Service has always been slow, and the food pricey, but we've always been tolerant of that because the food is good. Lately the service has really gone downhill though, and today's incident was outright unacceptable. Waited a good 40 minutes for a veggie burger and asked them to hold the spread (a vegan mayonnaise based spread - yuck!). Received with heavy amount of spread anyways. Mistakes happen, let that one go, but rather than being apologetic they were noticeably irritated with us and took the plates back without a word. Returned about 15 minutes later with the same plates with less than half of the sauce wiped off but still tons on there, and the same now-cold fries on the side. We politely informed them, paid for the appetizer and drinks we had, and left. Team still not apologetic, no offer to compensate our time and patience by waiving our $12 ticket, or to make it right next time. They just lost two long-term customers. Had been going there for years. Will not return.

  Went here early in the morning (no other customers) to get a cafe mocha. The guy here (who others have talked about and reviewed negatively) was extremely rude and presented as if he was completely being inconvenienced to provide customer service. I happened to mention this negative customer service experience to my wife and she stated that she had also experienced this same guy's rude and unappreciative customer service behavior. I absolutely will not spend my hard earned money at this location again. I can count on one hand the number of negative reviews I have posted, as I generally choose simply not to compose a negative review, however, this individual is so arrogantly rude, I thought to myself, "Why work in the customer service business and treat customers poorly?" I will walk the extra 2-3 blocks if I want a cafe mocha or a lunch meal instead of patronizing this establishment ever again.

  Great happy hour and the bar staff are really cool! I had a crazy buffalo taco, that was amazing! This place can get a bit packed, but is pretty chill for happy hour!

  It was a slower afternoon when we went. The service wasn't the best considering the fact that it was kinda slow. The food is awesome. By far the best cheese fries I've ever had. Will definitely go back if given the chance!

  Always great food. I most often go for breakfast. Which always has good sized portions and fresh fruit. Can get crowded. At times there is a bit of a wait after you order your food - but it's worth it. Servers are always very courteous. Have never had a bad experience.
