ordered bacon burrito and got sausage. i detest sausage and bit into sausage. this was a door dash order so out of $29 I only got $16 back after complaining to door dash. I was a first tom customer. I threw the burrito in the trash which wasn’t a good feeling. waste of food! waste of an hour waiting for delivery! waste of my money that i just threw away and now can’t get back. Out $14 and starving. I have nothing here to eat and can’t drive so now I have to the little food money I have left to order door dash again through someone else, paying another non refundable delivery fee and tip. i use door dash 2x a week. My rating are yayally five stars and I tip $5-$15 depending on the order! very dissapointed and hungry. Went to call the place directly to complain to the manger but the phone was busy!! Who is this day and age does not have call waiting or multiple line? annoyed.

Jim-Denny's is a tiny counter restaurant with a couple of servers who also cook. Regulars have been enjoying breakfast and lunch for years. Most everybody is known by their first name. Servings are large. Pancakes are at least a foot across. My friend ordered bacon and eggs with a side of hash brown potatoes. He cleared the plate. Little vegan food is offered. I had whole wheat toast with some jam and a cup of surprisingly good java. Inside is not wheelchair accessible. Both counter and patio seating are available. If you choose the patio, which is wheelchair accessible, someone must order inside and then carry the order outside. A final note: If there's an empty chair, grab it. And, don't sit next to the pay phone. If it rings and you pick it up, you are required to write down the order. See, there's only two of them, and if they are answering the phone, they are not cooking. An excellent dive. Street parking only.

Wait time was long for food that was VERY poorly cooked. Eggs were way under cooked, hashbrowns mushy, one bacon was under, the other was burnt, sausage was low quality. Only thing worse than the food was the service. Got charged full price while I heard them give other customers who waited less time than us but we're more vocal with their unhappiness a free meal. I did let them know how we felt at the end and they gave excuse after excuse. Don't waste your money, go to a real restaurant.

Awesome mother and daughter team who work there and are very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. I wasn't expecting my "mini" pancake to be so huge! And the hash browns and bacon I had were amazing. The place is very small. Just maybe 10 seats. A lot of people get food to go.

Food is good but come in place your order. ..by the time the food is ready a spot will open at the counter. BTW pancakes are huge so do not think you need two with the big breakfast. All the people that work there are nice and willing to chat when they can. Update12/14/17 Service has gone way down hill. Very rude and had 2 12 year olds working when I went in last. The worst part is the food is not even good any more. Sad this used to be one of our favorite places. NOT GOING BACK! This was not a one time deal I went 3 times and each was worse than the time before.
