::Great service! I’ve been by this jiffy lube twice in the past week to fill up my tires with air because one got a nail in it and the patch isn’t holding due to where the nail hit. This got me through until I could have tires changed this week. I talked to 3 different people in my 2 separate visits and they were all very pleasant and helpful and FAST even with this free service I was given. Will definitely be back!

::Arrived around 9 this morning. They didn't have my oil filter in stock. Annoying, but fine. They said they could get it in a few hours, so I asked if I would be able to cut the line when I came back because it would be midday on a Saturday. They told me no.... As we were calling other places to try to make it work, at least 3 employees came in mad that my car hadn't moved. When I got in my car to leave my driver's floor mat had oil all over it from someone's dirty boots. No thanks. Go up the street to the Fall's Church location (different franchise owner). Difference is night and day.

::Great service, quick and decently priced. Highly recommend. They will try and up sell you as every other place but very helpful, even gave me a $10 off coupon when I didn't have it and didn't ask for it.

::I've been using the Jiffy Lube franchise for years. The negative posts about the N Jackson St location are from individuals who probably lack an adequate level of intelligence, or social skills, to successfully navigate a seemingly trivial task - basic vehicle maintenance. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided enough information for me to make an INTELLIGENT decision about my vehicle's maintenance plan. There is no "ripping off" or anything of the sort at this particular location. If you go there, see Walter - he'll take care of you.
