  Saved the day and fixed a screw in our tire when visiting from out of state. Fast and inexpensive service.

  Had a flat and called Arlington Tires. The manager, Lou, said they could plug/patch the tire right away for $20. If a new tire was needed, that would take longer. He also suggested calling Sears (where I purchased the tires) to see if I had warranty left in case I wanted to take it back to them for a free repair. That was a respectable thing to suggest which meant he wasn't just in it for the money. In the end, I brought my car to Arlington Tires and although they had a walk-in new customer they were servicing, Lou was able to accommodate me since he had already said they could fix it right away. The work was done in 15 min or so.

  The man I worked with had horrible customer service and was uneducated about his specialty. When I first went in and told the man the size of tire I needed he told me they were out of stock. Then when I said I wasn't going to wait for them to ship some in, he went out and looked at my tires and told me I had given him the wrong numbers. (Which was a lie). Then he showed me other tires, clearly trying to not lose business. When I told him I preferred all-weather tires he said I didn't need them because the weather is mild in Arlington. (Another lie). When I told him I only needed two tires, and that I would rotate the ones from the back to the front, and put the new ones on the back he started laughing and patronizing me. But he was the one in the wrong. It's common knowledge that your car is less likely to spin-out when the deeper tread is on the rear wheels. And to top it off, he priced his low-grade tires $40/tire more than the top of the line tires I found elsewhere. I hate when mechanics try to con me out of more money because I'm female. I'm just glad I know enough about cars and tires to call BS and take my business somewhere better.

  Friendly and efficient! Reasonable price! Have a flat tire, done in 15-20 min. Highly recommended!

  I needed a quick plug after picking up a screw in my tire, the team at Arlington Tire was happy to help and did a great job. Gave accurate information on how long it would take when I called before going over.
