  I called in and they pretty empty. They got me in and out in no time! Andrew was very informative and helped me get the best windshield wipers for my Tahoe. I would recommend this EXACT Jiffy Lube any day!

  PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my fully functioning car here. Before I arrived, my check engine light was not on. After my oil change was completed, I got in the car to notice that my check engine light was on. I pointed this out to the staff. Two mechanics came and checked under the hood and restarted the car a couple of times. The light went off. Afterwards, I parked the car and had lunch for an hour. When I got back into drive it, the check engine light as well as major system malfunction lights were on. As I was driving it back to Jiffy Lube, which was less than a mile away, the car was not accelerating correctly when I hit the gas and stalled out. When I got back to the center, the staff checked the car out and then told me that they were not at fault and it was purely coincidence that my car is now malfunctioning!!!

  Oil change was fine but when they checked the headlights they forgot to turn them off! So my car was dead in the parking lot. One of the employees was nice enough to jump start me but the battery must have been completely drained because it didn't charge at all on my drive home and again wouldn't start. Had to walk down to advanced Auto and buy a battery charger then unhook my battery and haul it up to my apartment and charge it on my balcony before I could drive it again.

  I went to this place with a groupon expecting to have everything checked and filled that it said was included but it was not so. First of all the oil was not drained completely before it was refilled with the new oil I supposed since it was busy they wanted to do it as soon as possible. Some of the fluids that where supposed to be topped where not and the tech didn't go over with me everything he did. I have gone to other jiffy lube locations that where great.

  The agents were nice enough. They got my car in fairly quickly. I'm concerned about the service. They tried to sell me expensive wiper blades. My car has less than 6k miles. The blades work fine. They indicated they vacuumed the floors. I didn't expect that. However, there is no doubt they did NOT vacuum the floors. They indicated they washed the exterior windows. They didn't do that either. I don't care about either of those things but it makes me wonder what else they didn't do. Those things are obvious. I wonder if I received an oil change at all. And if so, was it a synthetic. They are $45 more expensive than the dealership. $20 more for full synthetic and charge extra $25 for tire rotation.
