  I purchased new Michelin tires for my truck. Aside from taking several hours, they didn't even the re-program of the TPMS sensors. So when I tried to tow and of course adjusted the rear tire pressure, I noticed that all tires were reading incorrectly on the display. Incompetence or pure laziness.

  Went to get a tire fixed that got punctured. Good: the tires that I bought at Costco previously were still under warranty so the tire was fixed for free! (didn't need my receipt either). Will totally keep buying tires from Costco in the future. Bad: Was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting 1.5 hours (in Costco), I called them and they said my car was ready. And had been ready for 45 minutes!! Nobody bothered to call me, even though I asked them to do so and said I would be waiting. They apologized, but I still feel like that shouldn't happen.

  Took my Jeep to Costco tire center and was helped immediatly. They charge a flat rate of $11 to find the problem. Turns out our run was cracked. They balanced all of our tires anyway and made sure our spare was in good shape. I recommend Costco's tire service!!

  I arrived at your Aurora CO location on Havana and FLA Ave and was greeted by megan p who was very professional and welcoming she listened to everything I said I wanted to do on my Lexus is250 tire mount and balance without giving an attitude or resistance she was very assuring on doing what I was requesting. And the service was very prompt without no waiting the job was so efficient that I called within 20 minutes to ask a question and they had completed the job so I was very much pleased with the quickness of Megan and her quality of work she performed you staff are very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend this location and will return for any tire service Greatest experience ever at a tire service center Great staff !!!!

  Quick, prompt and attentive service. Came in with a flat tire which had a sidewall puncture and they replaced the tire without hassel which was under the warranty. They also rotated the tires for me.
