  Went in for an oil change, my bumper looks like this when I get home (if pic doesn’t post, the plastic is peeled up on one corner). If you change your oil here, be sure to do a before and after walk around. Barely competent in the fine art of driving a car 30 feet without hitting something Edit- car was also leaking oil after this oil change. Turns out they forgot the drain plug washer. These people were neither competent to park the car nor change the oil. They must’ve been high

  Went in to get a chip fixed ended up with a large crack that I didn't have when I first brought my vehicle in and all was said was " I Don't know I didn't touch that one, sorry" super pissed! I will never go there again! I came to the jiffy lube on Wyoming and menaul and the manager is amazing did everything to help me if you do go to a jiffy lube location go to wyoming and menaul.

  So maybe checking the oil level is a really hard, complex procedure,, but my light came on, so I decided to stop in for a top off because I was right next to this location. After about ten minutes, I was told that my oil was fine (why does it take this long?). I drove about five minutes to my destination, and checked it myself. Sure enough, it was bone dry. Who knows what would have happened had I had a more serious problem and come to this location. I will make sure next time to go out of my way so I don't ever have to return here. Edit: I revisited this location, mostly because I had the following issue with another location, and I hoped after such an issue (issue noted previously), the crew would be replaced or retrained. Sure enough, the crew was new. This calmed my nerves. After a routine oil change, I noticed my radiator was leaking. The reason why I target jiffy lube to be at fault, at another location, I had this same exact issue. I replaced the radiator with a mechanic I know personally last time, and noticed the oil filter was right next to where the radiator was busted. Maybe I'm crazy, but I believe an oil change shouldn't cost $200. Since this is obviously the way jiffy lube trains their employees (cause significant damage then try and hide it) I will not be returning to any jiffy lube location again. I will take my business to another company

  This isn't the best location I have been to and not the worst. They've got better over the years, hence the four stars. This location can be very busy, but every once in a while you can get in with little or no wait. The staff have always been friendly.

  $29 dollar coupon ended up costing $40 and that is after a $16 reduction in total. l did not want synthetic oil but different synthetic oils were the only option shown me. Tried to talk me into new air filters but showed me mine and they were in good shape. Told me I needed a brake system flush because of copper in the fluid. Told me I needed new brakes but didn't offer to show me the brake pads they were talking about. Lots of scare tactics that leave a bad taste in my mouth and I feel sorry for the vulnerable and gullible customers that get fleeced at Jiffy Lube.
