  I have just had a move 'completed' by this company. From the sales process providing incorrect information to the pick up, packing and delivery the whole process has been fraught with error. Our goods arrived today and damages are extensive. I have written to the company (multiple times) and will edit or update this review pending their reply.

  ****Fraud/Scam**** Do not use this moving fake-company. Do not give them a $1000k deposit no matter what they say or promise! They will charge you and will not refund you. Beware!!!

  I booked my long distance move w/this company on 3/18. However 12 days later, I missed their call&my date of service was pushed back 1 day from 3/29 to 3/30. I was called on Sunday to confirm a Monday appt but not given a time. So Monday, I call them around 2:pm& was informed my date was pushed to 4/1 w/o even as much as a phone call to agree to a later date. The agent offered me a refund, w/o even as much as trying to accommodate me w/ a resolution as to how/why this occurred. I had to rebook my flight& resort to alternatives. I cannot in good faith recommend this company due to ineffective communication and basic disregard.
