  Seriously fit body boot camp has the best instructors and trainers, Ask for Alfredo for sure! Highly recommend if your trying to get in shape and loose some belly fat in a quick 3 to 6 months! 5 stars!

  Man, I'm so happy you guys moved to Central Ave! It makes it even that much easier to stick to a regular work out. Central location, complete work out equipment, great space, convenient hours, reasonable rates & best of all, inspiring/motivating trainers! Thanks for pushing me and keeping the sessions interesting and challenging. I look forward to the coming Summer. :)

  I love this place!! Can't say Thank you enough for a gym that has been so welcoming, motivating and fun! I met so many amazing people prioritizing their health and making the health conscious change! The instructors are genuine and caring and really push you. The workouts are always a great mix and non-repetitive! 30 quick minutes and my daily workout is done! I have had awesome results and am glad that I found this gem almost 2 years ago! My life is forever changed!

  The instructors are great motivational guys who teach you exercises to burn off calories in just 1/2 hour in class and ones you can do at home. They give you nutritional information that have helped me changed my eating habits and the people that workout there are very nice and it's a fun place to release everyday stress. Try out their free class or just pass by and see for yourself.
