  Truly the best yoga studio in Hoboken - the instructors are fantastic, the classes are unique and special (go try Sound Bath ASAP), and the studio is clean and beautiful. A gem that is accessible from anywhere in Hoboken (and always easy to find street parking too!).

  The studio is great, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The classes meet the needs of students at all levels, and the instructors help to modify any positions that may not work for you.

  Such a vibrant and fun yoga studio! Every teacher I've had has been great. The teachers make an effort to get to know you and cater to your needs during the classes. The live DJ classes are a lot of fun!

  Such a beautiful space, your mind and body instantly feels at peace the moment you walk through the door. Instructors are true professionals and the schedule is great. I personally love how they offer such a wide variety of classes - perfect for mixing it up throughout the week and attending to whatever your body needs. Love love love! Would highly recommend!   My girlfriend asked me to come with her to the opening night event and we both had a really nice time. We could only make it to the sound bath, but we instantly felt welcomed and had an extremely pleasant experience overall! The staff is amazing and the energy is pure and calming. I will most definitely be returning and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a place to heal and be present in the stressful and sometimes overwhelming world around us.
