::Jamuna Yoga is brilliant! Right in the heart of DTLA, Jenna and Val have created a welcoming and peaceful space. The studio has really high ceilings, massive windows and is always spotless. Jenna is an excellent teacher, she skilfully combines a tough yoga workout, inversion practice, meditation and sutras. I have dabbled in yoga a little in the past but now I am totally addicted! Jenna's down-to-earth and authentic approach and her skill in teaching has won me over and I am feeling the benefits in my body and mind! Highly recommended!

::Jamuna yoga is a real gem of a studio. Jenna is an extremely talented teacher, and knows how to provide a class the blends meditation with a challenging dynamic practice. Excellent antidote to turbo, gym-style classes that neglect the deeper aspects of yoga. The studio is beautiful, spotless and really convenient for anyone working downtown. I've been practicing yoga for 8 years and it's really rare to find such a good teacher, I'm just devastated that I've run out of time in LA to practice with Jenna. Also props on music selection...

::Amazing place to get an excellent yoga practice!! The space is warm and welcoming... I loved learning the chanting in the beginning of the Jivamukti class and setting our intention. Jenna is an excellent guide, I love her vibe, variations which are appropriately challenging and smooth transitions. I really enjoyed her music selection tonight which was a compilation of mellow trip-hop, it was perfect!

::A gem in LA! Jamuna Yoga offers a unique selection of classes you won't find elsewhere (including Jivamukti!) scheduled from early til late at really convenient times. The studio is clean and peaceful. Jenna is a kind and knowledgeable teacher; her classes are consistently good and her assists are safe and helpful. The sequencing is always dynamic and balanced with equal focus on body and mind. Since they opened, Jamuna has become my go-to studio. Highly recommend.

::My husband and I took a class this morning and we both had a really great experience. Jenna is a patient teacher and made us feel relaxed and at home. I’ve been doing yoga a while and it was my husband’s first class, and the class was blended perfectly for us. I really loved the mini-meditation at the end, before shavasana, which most studios I’ve been to don’t do, so that was a really nice way to end. Will definitely be back when we visit LA again!
