    Friendly staff who will adjust your drink to your taste. Wheatgrass shots made to order and served with an orange slice. A nice alternative for a pick me up without the caffeine. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon and only one person was acting as cashier and making the drinks, the person handling money should not be the same person working with food. They were obviously short staffed, but the cashier had a good attitude. Detailed nutrition information is readily accessible in the lobby.

    Everything is made fine. No issues. It is the wait. Everyone knows when lunch time is, aka when it is rush time. Yet the same amount of people work at these times it seems. Employees are doing their best, but one can only do so much. I have waited 25 minutes or more from waiting in line to waiting for the one smoothie I ordered to be finished multiple times.

    Wow. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes for my smoothie to be made. There are not enough staff and the ones here seem very stressed. However, with it being “rush” time and a lot of customers I understand the frustration of both employees and customers. You would think the managers and owner would help set the employees up for success by having enough help but that’s not the case. It was my 3rd time seeing this happen at this specific Jamba Juice. 1st time: staff laughed and joked that when someone would order extra (juice or fruit in a smoothie) they would not actually put it in the cup but would charge them for it, they said this loud enough that I heard it and was shocked. They were also understaffed that day as well. 2nd: experience: an employee didn’t show up to help open for the morning rush. Only one employee that day but he was excellent and absolutely the type of employee I would hire. It seems this is a management issue: I’m rating this a one star: *Terribly understaffed *Lost our order *Said it would be 15 minutes waited 45+minutes *Inefficient *over charge without giving the extra product AKA lying/Stealing IMO

    Purchased Jamba Juice on 12/19/17 ($16.49), was double charged. The unsettling thing is the double charge states the second purchase date was 1/3/18 for $16.49. I’ve only been here once... ever. My 12/19/17 transaction posted to my bank account 1/5/18 and my false purchase on 1/3/18 was posted 1/3/18. It’s almost like someone there manually entered my card information... I don’t like that. Also, I have tried calling this location multiple times for reimbursement, their phone isn’t working, so now I have to drive there to be reimbursed. I’ll update my rating once I’m reimbursed the double charge. Inconvenient. Other than that I was happy with my ONE order, and only want to pay for my one order. 1/19/2018 And here I am still waiting for Jamba Juice to make things right- I have offered them to refund my card double charged, send me a check, or have me show up to the store and give me cash back- but no, none of that has been done. I have complained on jamba juices corporate website like 4 times(the link provided by response from owner down below- 3 of those times before the response/link below) no response. It’s ridiculous. I wonder how many people were double charged and just don’t notice or how many people are also waiting on their refund. Double charging every customer = lots of cash. Class action law suits happen when things like this happen. I’m relentless though, I won’t stop complaining until this is made right. Truly ridiculous. I have never had this happen. I’ve been accidentally double charged before and within 48 hours it was made right, Jamba Juice is going on a month (and counting) reimbursing me.
