Mandy and the team at Jade Travel has always been excellent at taking care and coordinating our family travel needs. From visa to China, travel in Asia, Chinese and US domestic flights Hawaii, SF, Lax. They do it all. The pricing are always competive and accommodating to my sometimes last min flight changes. Flights in China can be difficult to navigate but they have immense knowledge and relationship with airlines to make it easier. Trust me it is sometimes chaoticly busy but worth the wait.

I was applying for a Chinese visa 2 months in advance. They lost my application, I found out about it when I called to check on the visa 2 weeks before the planned departure. When they found the application I was told that additional documents were missing. At that point I had about a week before the scheduled flight, I immediately emailed everything to their address. I called to verify that they received everything and was assured that all was in order. I called again the next day to check that there weren't other issues, the person couldn't find the email... I had to explain to her how to use search function in her email client using key words to locate it... after the documents were retrieved I was told that they would notify me when the passport is shipped to Seattle... They never did, I called them again 2 days prior to departure, they never picked up, I went to their office to find out that it was still closed, even though it was past the opening time, I waited for 2 hours by the door when they finally showed up. The lady told me that they didn't have my passport and that they would call me. Later that day I was told to come and pick it up at the office the following day...that is one day before my flight (!). I did get to go to China but I have to say never again do I want to pay money and control the process because employers are irresponsible and can't stay on top. I also have to mention that through the whole process they were very rude and unapologetic. Their services are not cheap, maybe even higher than their competitors' and the quality leaves much to be desired. I would never want to do business with such unprofessional organization like Jade Holiday Travel.

I will try visiting another time, maybe the service will improve when the visa people are there. And I will update my review. The lady at the desk looked super inconvienienced that I walked in. That's because there's only one lady working on Sunday. So this is how it works. I recommend calling and knowing what you need to ask. Because their way of doing business is different and they will get your the best price. But it won't be a fluffy experience. You can pay fluffy prices if you want that. But i don't want to waste money. So in the end I got what I needed.

I booked my EVA Airways ticket by Jade Holidays Travel & Tours from Seattle Tacoma Intl (26 October 11:30 AM) to Taipei Taoyuan Intl (27 October 03:10 PM) on 11 August 2017. This morning when I went to the Tacoma Intl, I was been told by the front desk agents said my flight has been cancelled due to NO REASON. I asked the front desk agents how come I didn't receive any phone call/email/text message from the flight company or the travel agency before I headed to the airport, the agents told me they checked the list and said they DID call/sent an email to the Jade Holidays Travel & Tours on 16 October 2017, told them that my flight had been cancelled and re-schedule from the day-shift to night. I then called the Jade Holidays Travel & Tours immediately to complained how my travel plan got screwed because of they dereliction of duty. The agent from Jade Holidays Travel & Tours said they DID NOT receive any message from the EVA Airways, and told me to call EVA Airways to find a solution. So I called back to EVA Air again and then it turns out that the flight company DID call the travel agency, but the Jade Holidays Travel ignored the message from EVA Air and NEVER CALL THE CUSTOMER!!!! Is this how a business suppose to do? Lied their customer and shirk the responsibilities? I'm so surprise and guess what? Thank you Jade Holidays to screwed up my vacation! What a responsible employees you've got!

If you want to get Visa for China, this is the place for you. Best China Visa services in town. Just got Visa for my Son, cannot be happier and their agents are so warm and nice. (I walk in instead of call in, consider their call volume, your opinion might diff, but trust me, if you want China Visa for whatever reason, this is only place you can trust in Seattle.)
