The worst passport/visa experience I have ever had! The expedited fee I paid was a total waste of money. Many promises of follow through and call backs were made to me. Never happened. Responsibility for poor service was never accepted. It became obvious the agency that was contracted to handle the expedited process was not efficient nor accountable. I asked for my money back and the answer was we can't because the fault is with the group we contracted. They never took responsibility for contracted that service. Bottom line -- my expedited visa took more than 3 weeks and I missed my flight and had to eat my tickets. I would have been better to deal with consulate directly myself. FYI -- I have travelled to over 100 countries and am not a novice in this space.

A Briggs was a lifesaver for me! I decided really last minute - and during the World Cup - to take a trip to Brazil, only to find that getting the necessary tourist visa within 40 days would be near impossible. That's where A Briggs came into the story. After searching online and calling various visa service companies, A Briggs was the only one who was still offering the "emergency visa service" for Brazilian visas. I made an appointment with Jerry - who was incredibly friendly and nice, provided my documents, paid my fee, and received my visa within the the 8-10 day time frame given for the expedited service. Now I've already been on my trip and had no problems with the visa upon entry to Brazil or re-entry to the US. I would HIGHLY recommend A Briggs for their service and speed! Without A Briggs, my trip would have never been possible. If you are using a visa service to ensure you get your visa to a foreign country, look no farther than A Briggs!!

I recently had the pleasure to use ABriggs experts multiple times in securing passports for my grandchildren. The process was difficult because of their ages and the fact that their father was overseas. Throughout, the agents that assisted me from the DC office and the Houston office were extremely helpful and seemed to be very much concerned with making the the process as smooth and painless as possible. Hats off to a 5 star experience!

First, not being a professional, and A Briggs supposedly being so, I had not filled in the paperwork properly. Rather than A Briggs employee looking through the forms to ensure completeness, they simply submitted the forms which were returned. I was then contacted and instructed to re-do the forms and send them via FedEx another time. This happened twice. The first incident had to do with a P.O. Box rather than a physical address. I had to constantly call and speak with the representative to get updated. I received no email from A Briggs. Finally, I called to find out where my passport was and was told that it had been sent. There was no email notification of this - nothing! When I got to Russia, I was arrested and placed in confinement because the FSB (KGB) had issued a three year ban on my returning to Russia that I was unaware of. I questioned why I was issued a three year, multiple entry visa, if I was not allowed into the country and got no answer. I suspect A Briggs simply pays someone to issue visas whether an individual is allowed to get into the country or not. My advice for all is to go to the embassy and do it yourself. You will save yourself a great deal of frustration and money!

Top notch service! Their website was clear and very understandable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do which gave me great peace of mind. The entire process was totally turn-key. I am so glad I found them and I plan to use them again whenever I have passport or visa needs in the future. Excellent!
