  4:30AM "What can I get you?" I start ordering... he interrupts, "my computer hasn't reset..." I hesitate to speak, unsure what that is supposed to mean for me, "... I can't serve you anything." I awkwardly respond, "Oh Ok..." and I get the most insincere, "Sorry about that." I'm so unbelievably disappointed. I was already uneasy about the idea of visiting this location because the last time I visited this location I received staged and old and nothing-to-be-served style food. Now this time I'm not even served. I can understand that a system needs to reboot but he didn't even offer to make the food and charge me when the system is ready or give me any indication of when the system would be ready. Let alone offer any sort of sincere apology. Most unprofessional and unfortunate experience. If they'll even bother serving you-- I don't suggest this location.

  Norma needs to work on her customer service. I would never get away with rolling my eyes at a customer where I work. EDIT: Even after the countless times I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I leave even more disappointed than the last. Their customer service deserves absolutely no stars, every employee I’ve ever encountered has been moody snappy and completely careless.

  Would give zero stars if it let me. I can't count how many times I've been to this location and they messed up my order 9 out of 10 times. Tonight was the last one. I presented a coupon for a free meal that I received for buying my car from the dealership, the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me... Then I get home and realize that my chicken sandwich that I ordered has been replaced by a very cold cheeseburger. How hard is it to work at Jack in the box?
