::Great community of folks - you can tell coming here to train is the highlight of their day. Great deal for the variety of classes you can take whether that’s Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Judo, and more. Great location as well if you’re in SLU for work.

Everyone is taught with great discipline so the trainer's and even the pro fighters know how to teach with all skill levels.. in other words, theyre not going to try and take your head off while sparring...Learn to hold your own against anybody!
