::Reading with love lots of “big baby” stories!! 💛 Hospitals are so eager to deliver early and then there’s always complications and health problems. I had to fight and advocate for myself multiple times and deny inducing until my daughter was “so big” by hospital standards that she was “not doing me or herself any good any longer” - we induced (cervix topical med) at 2 weeks past our due date and my water broke 12 hours later - I delivered my daughter vaginally at 10.1 lbs and she’s perfect 💗 I healed perfect even with a small internal abrasion bcus the dr pulled her out quick by one of her shoulders - the med students cheered at her weight while I got my stitches and I heard them taking bets while getting her stats in the delivery room as if her weight was so ‘unusual’ 😳 and I had to ask to give my baby back to me multiple times ❤️🩹 - overall I’m very happy with my dr and staff but I pray more women speak up, let their babies cook longer and consider less intervention!!
