::Friendly lady at the front desk and did not mind about waiting. My IRS officer however just did not want to help me, almost gave me the most hateful gaze when I walked in. She was shaking head and give a sign as if I was something disgusting. Why act like that? I am sure she wont see this review but hope she knows she hurt my feeling.

::I am shocked at the service i received at this office. I made my appointment in advance and got there on time. I arrived at 9:14, got my number and took my seat. I got my transcripts and was out of there by 9:27. The front desk lady was friendly and the guy that handled my request was gruff but got the job done. A couple of things to note: This is not a walk in center, you need an appointment. There is an 800 number to call at which there is a kind of lengthy wait time (15 minutes when i called) Dont take any weapons because there is a metal detector at the entrance. Most federal employees are beleaguered and i have found that you will catch more flies with honey. Just be nice and they will be nice. I fully expected to be there a long time and have to deal with a huge crowd or snotty employees. Not so. Good job to those who work at this IRS office.

::Very unprofessional and unethical stuff.The security person was trying to push me off, insists that I do not see any one, and no one can help, trying to hold off on my driving license, was very rude and nasty. Finally told that I can have a sit, but it will takes long time to wait.And if I will give hard time to some one else she will kick me out! When I was waiting one of the irs officer was talking for at least 20 minutes with family member and laughing on the phone. I got impression that most of these employee has no degree. And this is Government Office!!!
