  Hot chocolatey and amazing cookies!! It was so amazing and good! Really enjoy coming here and always amazing cookies! They are open late which is great! Parking can be a pain but thats ATL downtown issue not insomnia issue! If you are near by, you should be here as much as possible!

  These cookies definitely put me to sleep after six of the chocolate chip cookie. Its located in the middle of college town. Parking here is kind of difficult especially looking for a free spot. But these cookies at Mr. Burns "Excellent"

  This review is on the customer service, the cookies are really good. I was debating whether or not to even bother writing a review but I decided to go ahead in hopes that someone in management who actually cares will see this. I went to Insomnia Cookies Sunday April 29th around 11:00pm. This was my 3rd time going and I was bringing a friend with me this time because I had been raving about how good the cookies were. We walk inside and he is super excited so he starts asking the cashier different questions about the options and is met with vague and dry responses. He tells the cashier “this is my first time here” and the cashier flatly said “oh” and that was it. Nonetheless we were there so we decided to order. We wanted to order the deluxe peanut butter cup cookie but there were none in the window so we asked if they were all gone and a girl behind the counter says “that’s all we have is what’s right there”. Literally 5 seconds later another girl comes up and says “what cookie are you guys looking for?” and we tell her. She says “I have some right here” and pulls out a baking sheet with the cookies on them. By this time we were questioning whether we should even stay but my friend really wanted to try the cookies so we did. We ended up splitting an ice cream sandwich with the peanut butter cup cookies. When we received the sandwich we noticed the ice cream was minimal, nothing like the picture. We shrugged it off and started eating. It was really good but when we got about halfway through the ice cream was just about gone. That was very disappointing to the point where I didn’t even want to finish it. My friend decides to ask for another scoop of ice cream (that he was willing to pay for) and they tell him it will cost him $4.00. So we paid $8.00 for an ice cream sandwich with barely any ice cream on it and you want to charge us $4.00 for the extra ice cream we should have received in the first place??? To top it all off everyone in the store had a nasty attitude, it was like they all hated their jobs. Hopefully management will see this review and get some customer service training for the people that were working that night. I left the store vowing to never go back as well as never recommend them to anyone. This experience was beyond disappointing. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and I’ve seen firsthand that a good product with poor service is still worthless.

  Probably the CLEANEST insomnia I’ve been too, the air is clean the employees have great attitudes! I took my littler sister here to get an ice cream sandwich, she absolutely LOVED IT! I’ll definitely be back

  Ordered cookies and milk online as we have previously at other locations... everything seemed to go fine until I noticed that it said cookies had been delivered, but they had not. I called and spoke to someone whom I couldn't understand a word he said as the phone kept cutting in and out and seemed that his hand was over the speaker. I gave him the address and he said oh there was a issue whats the address again. But we werent contacted about a issue and our account was still charged and....NO COOKIES. Again something was mumbled into the phone and boom ..disconnected. 😠😠😠😠😠
