  It's a very hip and unique coffee place, but I don't think I really understand it. It has the look and feel of a coffee shop but for some reason everyone is constantly unhappy. Now, I understand that coffee is bitter and is often too hot or cold, but I thought people we're supposed to enjoy it. I have corrected my previous behavior, and now I come in with a frown (an upside down smile). I am still treated the same way, but now I fit in with the crowd, so there's that.

  Always a huge line, for being as busy as they are they don't have enough people working. Waited 20 minutes for a latte one time. Next time actually ordered food too and it is definitely not as good as it used to be, seems like they just slap it together. Overall extremely slow service that you would not see at any other highland bakery.

  I can't deal with this place anymore. The food, service, everything is much worse than the O4W location. I thought I give them another chance after last time they messed up my order than never brought it back out (waited 30min) after I asked for it to be fixed. Had to get it refunded. But, this time I got a tiny cup of chili for $7 and even that took a curiously long time to get. I'm tired of leaving this place angry and frustrated. Never again.

  One of the best place to order food on campus. All sandwiches are delicious.

  I love their cozy and stylish atmosphere and some of their meals. My favorite is the Tofu Scramble, also tasty are their benedicts. The meal sizes are rather large, just ask for a box. This is a great place for a breakfast / lunch meeting, just avoid the rush hour around 12pm.
