  Do yourself a favor and choose another bank. I opened my account back in Texas a few years ago and had good luck with customer service, especially pertaining to their website/app. Since moving to CO it has been a nightmare dealing with this branch. I am moving on, and hopefully I can save someone the same headaches.

  Independent Financial was there for us immediately when COVID-19 closures impacted our nonprofit. They helped us with our mortgage payments and managed our PPP application. They were there for us when we needed them the most. Thank you, Independent Financial!

  Kimberly at the Tejon bank was so very patient printing and re-printing account histories to make my lender happy. I was the first customer in on a snowy day and Kimberly helped me with a smile even though she had just made it in through the snow herself!

  Cancelled my savings account without my permission and I didn’t even know!! They transferred all the money in my savings to my checking. Nobody ever answers the phones or helps out their customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!!!

  The people that work here make the bank. If it weren't for them, I'd look elsewhere, but just because of the people (at every branch I've ever been to of theirs) are so awesome, I'll keep business with them. I like to use local banks and credit unions, anyways. Been using them for around 7 years and I've always done the best financially when I've banked with them!!! Not only are they a "lucky" bank but they're also kind and great customer service., so I recommend
