::Do yourself a favor and choose another bank. I opened my account back in Texas a few years ago and had good luck with customer service, especially pertaining to their website/app. Since moving to CO it has been a nightmare dealing with this branch. I am moving on, and hopefully I can save someone the same headaches.

::Cancelled my savings account without my permission and I didn’t even know!! They transferred all the money in my savings to my checking. Nobody ever answers the phones or helps out their customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!!!

If it weren't for them, I'd look elsewhere, but just because of the people (at every branch I've ever been to of theirs) are so awesome, I'll keep business with them. I like to use local banks and credit unions, anyways. Been using them for around 7 years and I've always done the best financially when I've banked with them!!! Not only are they a "lucky" bank but they're also kind and great customer service., so I recommend
