  I am amazed at how long I’ve been taking classes at your studio(2009). I have tried other studios in the NYC area over the years, but Continuously find my way back to IM=X! Love your knowledgeable , attentive team and the studio is so well maintained. And you have the biggest changing room in town – what a luxury !!

  was going to sign up for a class but the mindbodyonline website they use for the checkout process is the most horrible out-of-date P.O.S. web application i've seen in a long time. multiple sites use that same portal and it forces you to close the browser or logout if you link to it from different sites. the engineers who created that site deserve to be banned from the tech industry.

  Being new to Pilates, and a skeptic by nature, I began with two private sessions to get acclimated....how hard could this be, right? From my initial visit (about a year ago) until now, everyone at the studio has been friendly, welcoming and eager to aid in learning key Pilates fundamentals (with an IM=X twist). Even as I struggled, which I did, I was made to feel as if things would get better and sure enough, things improved, albeit slowly. By making themselves available to my menagerie of questions, I have come to rely on instructor feedback as it relates to correcting form and providing a more challenging way to perform a movement, if I am looking to challenge myself. From Savannah, Michelle, Renee, Erika to Brianna, each has provided different class challenges that I have now become my addiction! Who knew Pilates could hurt so much, yet feel so good simultaneously?! I am very glad my first foray into Pilates was (is) such a positive.

  New York City has many studios and I've been to quite a few...What makes IM=X Pilates NYC outshine every other place is their uniqueness. Not only is it an amazing pilates studio, but it's a place that offers health services for the body and mind. The Pilates classes are phenomenal! Trainers & Staff are professional, friendly, confident and most importantly knowledgeable. If you're looking to improve flexibility, tone, increase muscle strength or simply want to workout with a nice group of people look no further!

  I love this studio. It's so clean, bright and convenient, being so close to Grand Central. I can get my workout in after work before commuting home. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable. They were able to give me modifications and adjustments so I got the workout I needed. I walked away feeling energized, not used up.
