  ILKB provides a life changing experience. Staff are very nice, they encourage you to push yourself and they keep the place clean.

  not real KICKBOXING . terrible instructors , the place isnt clean , the instructor is lazy and doesnt work out with the class . they are raising the prices so its about to be a waste of time . ps . all these fake 5 star reviews are to get the PURPLE GLOVES(its a setup) . its all hype . the management is very rude at thus location and i do NOT recommend anyone waste their money or time here . i was racially profiled here and i hope they lose everything they stand for.

  I"m a staff member at Village Academy Middle School and requested a class for 30 of our students to take a class in there facility. We called 2 times and were told that someone would call us back with details. When I called to find out why we didn't get a call back, an associate said that "the owner doesn't want to do something like that in his facility".

  (from Jessica Baldwin) ILKB Inwood is the BEST! They have the BEST instructors. They have the BEST atmosphere (friendly, energetic, good music) and give you the BEST workout in an hour. I love going there and look forward to it every time.
