  1 hour class includes jogging warm up, some excercises then stretching before you get I to basic kickboxing instruction. Kickboxing is bulk of the class including partner work at the end. Instructors give out fitness or weight loss tips at the end. Instructors are knowledgeable and nice. Small clean locker room, bring your own lock.

  I joined with a friend and it has been one of the greatest things I have done. The staff is friendly, warm and helpful. The studio is very clean. I look forward to going at least 3 or 4 times a week. I'm very happy that I am a part of this incredible journey..

  I loved this place! Stuff is amazing, knowledgeable and classes are so interesting that I don't notice how time flies. Definitely recommend.

  Joined with my daughter to get in shape for her wedding; having a great bonding experience and a lot of fun. Awesome classes! Set up so everyone can go at their own pace without feeling intimidated. The staff is the best. They are all encouraging and extremely helpful. Glad I took the plunge and joined.

  I have always wanted to try kickboxing and commit to some kind of workout. I love kickboxing of Bellmore is amazing. The staff is awesome and made me feel so comfortable from day 1. They give me the guidance, training, positive reinforcement and the direction I need to learn the moves and feel confident on the mat. I look forward to working out and having some laughs with my fit fam and would highly recommend this location!
