  Love ilkb glen cove. Classes are fun and an AMAZING workout. Instructors are helpful and fun! 100% recommend!

  I 100% recommend ilovekickboxing the instructors at glen cove are great and take the time to make sure you're punching and kicking correctly so that you can get the most out of your workout and its FUN

  I joined Ilovekickboxing Glen Cove two weeks ago and I was addicted after the first class. By the end of this weekend, I will make my 10th class in two weeks. I already see results in my arms and abs. This is a full body workout. The class is so much fun! They play music, we do cardio, stretching and then put on our gloves and do boxing and kicking. I learn new techniques every class. After the class I feel so energized and empowered. I am so glad that I tried it out!
