  Came here for lunch. Ordered an ultimate waffle stack that took them 45 minutes to get to me. It was literally just a regular waffle with two eggs over easy and some cheese in the middle. I could have made that at home in half the time and done the dishes too. The menu definitely advertised something different when it said: A show-stopper breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs*, 6 slices of hickory-smoked bacon, White Cheddar & sweet maple glaze, sandwiched between signature Belgian waffle triangles infused with savory Cheddar. They seem to have forgotten the six strips of bacon, sweet glaze, and cheddar crisp infused into the batter. While I waited for this absurd amount of time to pass for the most disappointing waffle I've ever had (didn't know I could be disappointed by waffles), my friend's burger sat in front of us on the counter, getting dry and cold for 25 minutes. They weren't even busy. We had to take our food to go.

  The booth was still dirty when we were seated and would have gone uncleaned if I had not asked them to clean it. They didn't refill the water at all. When I ordered the sweet cream cheese crapes the server didn't ask me what topping I wanted. For the record I would have said raspberries. I did not eat it and they took it off the bill.

  One of my fav places for pancakes and coffee. Jasmine, the manager, was very accommodating and professional! She saved the day and brought out hot coco for my friend when our server couldn't find any. Thank you for the good food and drinks IHOP!

  Food was great. Service was great. The reason why im giving it low rating is because they apparently allow homeless people to go in and out of there as they please. I saw a few of them going in and out smoking outside and then going in and out using the restrooms and just hanging around at the entrance

  The food and stuff was good, exactly what one would expect from an IHOP, but our service was pretty atrocious. Our server was quiet, very poor at speaking clearly, and had some bad listening skills. Our drinks weren’t even so much as offered to be refilled except when we got our bill, and at that point we had already waited about 20 minutes for one of our party of four to get their crepes. By the time he actually got his order, we had all finished our food and even had our plates taken away. When we asked our server what was up with the wait, she mumbled something about the manager telling her something about it, which gave no actual explanation of the wait. On top of that, one of us also ordered some toast, which we got literally right before we were about leave. The waitress just dropped it off, said nothing, and scurried away. The toast was barely even toasted and very cold. Needless to say, we didn’t even touch it and decided just to leave. I’ve been to this location before and got perfectly fine service, so it was definitely just something weird the day we went, but either way, there should be consistent and controlled levels of service that is maintained on the daily.
