  Manager is an angel! He really took great care of my family while we were traveling. While dinning here my son who has autism tried sunny side up eggs for the first time. He loved them so much that this sweet man went back to the kitchen and cooked him two more. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  I understand being short staffed. I get it. I have been in the QSR industry for 25+ years. I wasn't even upset about the 15 minutes I waited for a called in order. It took me 15 minutes to drive there when they said it would be ready in 10. I walk inside and tell them my name to pick up my order. The hostess walks to the kitchen to get an ETA and then tells me the cook is working on. Ok. Thats fine. I sit down and 15 min later, 15 minutes I didn't have to wait but I didn't say a word, 15 minutes I waited after a 15 minute drive, 15 minutes I'm only just quietly sitting the hostess then tells me they don't have my order. I just waited here that long, on time I did not have when YOU the employee, the HOSTESS told me the cook was working on my order. I gave you my name when I walked in!! What the actual fuxk did you communicate to the back of the house when I first walked in and gave you my name. I understand its my mistake that I arrived at the wrong location. Im from out of state and limited to information I was receiving from Google. But it definitely should have been made clear to me when I 1st arrived that I was at the wrong location and you didn't have my order. Not tell me its being worked on and have me sit and wait time I didn't have! Now you all at this location have not only provided the worst customer service but also wasted food, paper and labor at another sister location that im sure is in your same franchise or market for an order i no longer could pick up because of the wasted time I spent in your lobby

  Ordered thru door dash. Half our order was missing. We order chicken dinners with 2 sides each. Both plates had 3 chicken tenders and a piece of bread and nothing else. The chicken was so overcooked it wasn't even edible, even my dog wouldn't eat it. Disgusting place.

  Well the IHOP did good today on the build your own omelette. As I love Ommellettes I’m pretty critical. They are my breakfast favorite. Next time I’ll get it again. Enjoy.

  I went to this location on Friday September 16, 2022. Luckily when I got there with my grandparents there was just only one couple there, so it didn't take us long to be seated. For the beverage I decided to tried there new Blue Raspberry Lemonade Splasher. The Splasher tasted a little bit bitter at first, until I added zero calorie sweetener to it, which made it 5x better. For lunch I decided to try the BBQ Mac Melt without the pickle in it, with a side of fresh fruits. The BBQ Mac Melt was just okay. The Macaroni and Cheese in the sandwich wasn't that creamy like how I like my macaroni and cheese. The pulled pork in the BBQ Mac Melt was ok, but needed a little bit more seasoning to take it to the next level. This review is three stars mostly because how nice my waitress were.
