  I love Sandra, she reflects calm and peace. She makes me feel comfortable and confident speciallly I am level 1. I just wish more choices in terms of schedule so I can go more often

  Sandra is a very professional instructor, make me feel very comfortable even though I am a beginner level. I wish they have early morning hours though so I would be able to go before work! That would’ve been amazing

  Who needs physical therapy when there's hot yoga in Closter? If you have aches and pains, need to burn some calories, need to fall asleep comfortably, this is the place to visit.

  Great studio with challenging and beginner classes. "Hot" yoga ranged from 85-95 degrees so it's not too unbearably hot--a good temperature to ease into it. Hot yoga is great for really sweating out toxins, which I definitely felt! Sandra and Jordan both teach at a good pace and demonstrate harder poses for more advanced students to try so no one is bored. Classes move at a good pace and they're good at correcting alignment as well as reminding us to keep focused on our breath. Definitely check them out!
