  Awesome Place. It was great to get away from Brooklyn and experience what we did at CGI for a whole day at the Spa. Everyone is so welcoming and warm. Nicole and Kristen were very heartwarming. Master Jae also was so accommodating making sure we had everything we needed for a a great day we sure did experience! Master Marni did a great ki gong class that literally made my husband shoulder and neck pain go away he had prior. I really love the therapeutic Saunas and the hot and cool tub pool and other healing modalities for healthy mind and body at CGI. I was also able to recuperate and feel refreshed. We can't wait to go back and stay even longer. It makes us realize how much we needed it individually and also as a couple to refresh our energy. Thanks CGI!

  I had facials this morning with Jenny. She’s done a great job and my skin is so smooth afterwards. Haven’t had such a good and relaxing facial for a long time. Already scheduled my next one with her.

  I joined CGI to swim. The pool is amazing! So clean, warm, uncrowded and peaceful. I love the saunas and baths. I was encouraged to try out the Body and Brain center. Here I discovered wonderful relaxing yet invigorating exercise classes with warm wonderful people. The whole place makes me feel like a queen!

  I have been with CHI for about 2 months. Great experience. To me, it's not your typical yoga class that I took back in the 80's. The master's will work you but it's a good, calming work out. The environment is relaxing and everyone there is friendly. CGI does not just offer yoga but other classes that you can take. The place has a lot of amenities and it's a very nice and clean environment. My master, Nicole, is great. She always checks up on me to see if I'm doing ok when she has not seen me in awhile. She always encourages me to take care of myself first. The classes are at reasonable times and works great with my work schedule. It is definitely a friendly environment. I have learned a lot from the workshops that they have and I have lost weight and feel energetic. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Words cannot describe how unbelievably special this place is. This is a center of true holistic principles. If you want to get physically healthy at optimal levels, this is where you should be. If you want to get spiritually healthy at optimal levels, this is definitely where you should be. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable and have gone through years of intense training themselves, they truly care about the wellbeing of every person that walks through the door. Race, religion and background are unimportant here. Your mind, body and spirit conditions are the factors most important. If you're in need of a wellness center, CGI is definitely worth a visit. There is also a delicious, healthy cafe inside. The sandwiches and fresh juices are awesome😋
