  I really enjoyed my stay. This was my first time at the Hyatt and I was really impressed with how nice the people at the front desk were as well as the maid service. My room was very nice as well. I would have given 5 stars, but the service in the breakfast area was lacking in that the lady that was restocking/refilling the coffee acted like I was in her way and blocked my way until she was done. Rude.

  Loved this place, in walking distance to many restaurants, stores and the movie theater. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

  After staying in a crappy holiday inn (Country Club Drive) I booked a room at the Hyatt Place and was beyond satisfied. The concierge was amazing (Thank you Andrea) and the room was very clean. I wish I could stay at this particular hotel every time I travel. Located near EVERYTHING you will need during your stay. Great hotel.

  Great value. We stayed in a Jr. Suite which was considerably larger than a regular room. King bed, small refrigerator, microwave. Go for an extended stay. Close to the A's and Cubs ball parks. Good hot breakfast that changed daily. Very nice staff.

  Great hotel. Been here for a week. Great pool with tv to watch and color changing hot tub at night my kids liked. Breakfast with lots of choices. Clean rooms. I stayed in a two queen with a pull out sectional and a king with the same pullout both big enough for our family of 5. Friendly helpful staff and maids do a good job! He were here because of an electrical fire and they made it comfortable and resolved an issue with he first room we had without any problems. Good customer service!!
